Jack The Giant Slayer Combo Pack Review

Jack The Giant Slayer is a title that works beautifully on the Blu-Ray 3D medium. The larger than life tale about a young adult and a race of giants is helmed by Nicholas Hoult and Ewan McGregor, and does a great job in updating the Jack mythos for the current generation. The audio is equal to the video track, rendering the dialogue and atmospheric noise as close to reality as possible. While the title is oriented more for the younger set, I feel that the cast makes the film enjoyable for a wider population of viewers.

The UltraViolet Digital Copy of the film adds considerably to the value of this combo pack; the streaming quality of this film is leaps and bounds ahead what viewers would normally see on video hosting websites, while the Become a Giant Slayer featurette that is included here stars Hoult as ey brings viewers into the process of assuming the role as the savior of eir farm. Additional features on the Jack The Giant Slayer release include a set of deleted scenes, ensuring that the rich narrative that is present is further bolstered, and a gag reel that is positively illuminating about the camaraderie that existed between the cast and crew.

The combination pack includes a variety of versions to watch Jack The Giant Slayer, ensuring that viewers with computers, DVD, and Blu-Ray players will be able to enjoy the story. It can be purchased at any well-stocked video store or online retailer. Visit the Warner Bros. website for more information regarding their current projects.
