Schammasch Reissues Sic Lvceat Lvx 5/18

SCHAMMASCH were formed in 2009 out of the depths of Basel, Switzerland and shortly thereafter stunned metal audiences worldwide with the release of their acclaimed debut opus “Sic Lvceat Lvx.” Originally having been released only on CD and limited to 1,000 copies, the album will be reissued, including its first-ever vinyl pressing, via Prosthetic Records on May 18. Following the successful release of their sophomore 2014 double album and label debut “Contradiction” – a battle between dark and light which Metal Hammer lauded as “one of the most overwhelming albums of the year” – the group recently began recording their third full-length album behind ancient cloister walls of Swiss temples.
