Dan Cummins is back with a new stand-up comedy EP, Chinese Affection. Recorded at the Punchline Comedy Club in San Francisco, Chinese Affection will be released digitally on February 24 and will be available through all major digital retailers.
Chinese Affection was the first stand-up album to be featured in Pandoras recently launched program, Pandora Comedy Spotlight. Capturing his unique stand-up delivery, the EP finds Cummins addressing issues such as how to improve government customer service, strange things happening at amusements parks, why the Guinness Book of World Records should just change its name, and much more.
In the last few years, Cummins has released three critically and commercially successful comedy albums, Revenge is Near, Crazy with Capital F, and Hear This, debuting in the top 10 of the Billboard Comedy Charts and landing on numerous year-end top 10 lists. He performed on late night such as The Tonight Show and The Late Late Show. He was a contestant on Last Comic Standing and had both a Comedy Central half hour and one hour specials. You can now catch him every week, Monday – Thursday, 9-10AM PST on Playboy, as he is the new co-host of The Playboy Morning Show, the networks most popular and longest running series. He continues to tour headlining shows nationwide and will record a new hour special this April.
