WIN WIN Set to Release Primaries 6/30

WIN WIN announces the release of its highly anticipated new album Primaries out June 30 via Arts & Crafts. After sharing three tracks earlier this spring, including the soft-modulating krautrock of “Couch Paranoia” (with a 3D music video created by the band), the vintage sun-kissed psych rock of “Waster”, and the seductive electro-R&B of “Air”, WIN WIN now releases “Been So Long”, the brand new single from the forthcoming album.

“Been So Long” is a centrepiece of Primaries, the Brooklyn trio’s third record, following Double Vision (2012) and WIN WIN (2011). The song bounds with brassy synthesizers and expansive harmonies that crystallize in dazzling chorus. Written by WIN WIN with Jahphet Landis of TV On The Radio and vocalist Courtney Epton, “Been So Long” finds the close-knit production unit of Alex Epton (XXX¢hange), Chris Devlin, and Ryan Sciaino (Ghostdad) at its catchiest, flashing pop prowess through a kaleidoscopic lens.
