Are you ready to get rid of your winter blues? Denver, Colorado based quartet, THE OUTFIT, are ready to help you shake them off. The band offers an earnest take on garage rock revival, building on the ground laid out by acts such as The Strokes and the early days of Kings of Leon. Make no mistake though; The Outfit is a band with their own unique sound that creates a special brand of Rock n’ Roll with killer licks and heartfelt melodies that will have you dancing around in no time. Instead of shying away from their garage influences, The Outfit embraces them by sharing straightforward, guitar-based pop songwriting, which is a deadly combination.

With swirling guitars, catchy melodies, and an energetic rhythm section, each and every song will fill you with excitement. The Outfit are Eric Johnston, RJ Powers IV, Mike King, and Mikael Kilates.

The band are ready to unleash themselves into the world, with their intriguing new video for “Strange Bones,” off of their most current album, Broken West Wishbone Test. Directed by Greg Raih, the video is filled with vintage footage that shows nearly ever element of human emotion. This is only the first taste of The Outfit that you will have this year, as a new EP, and a trip to SXSW are in tow, making them a must hear band of 2013.
