Nobody Walks Blu-Ray Review

images

Nobody Walks concerns the relationship that Martine (Olivia Thirlby) and a Los Angeles couple, Peter and Julie (Rosemary DeWitt and John Krasinski); Peter has offered to do audio work on Martine’s initial film as a favor to one of Julie’s collegiate friends. The addition of Martine to Peter and Julie’s family is enough of a catalyst to get the whole family in a tizzy. Ry Russo-Young (The Color Wheel, Hannah Takes the Stairs)’s touch on the film will make this tale extremely endearing.  Nobody Walks’ conclusion is something that needs to be viewed – viewers will be unable to guess the conclusion even when they are three-fourths of the way through the title. While the title feels as if it is a view into Hollywood through the eyes of those that create it, the feelings established in Nobody Walks are something that a wide segment of the viewing public will be able to appreciate.

There are a number of bonus features that have been included in the Nobody Walks Blu-Ray. This means that there is further context given to Thirlby’s character in the film, the original theatrical trailer, and a deleted scene. Nobody Walks has a tremendously clear audio track that ensures that viewers will be able to easily discern all dialogue, while the beautiful video of the Blu-Ray edition creates a realistic but popping color palette.

Nobody Walks can be purchased at any reputable online or physical video store; keep an eye on the Lionsgate website for more information about their 2013 slate of theatrical and home entertainment titles.
