Albanese Gummy Candies

We received a good deal of Albanese’s gummy product line for review in NeuFutur – there were Gummi Peach Rings, Gummi Worms, Gummi Fruit Slices, and even sugar-free gummi efforts. The first thing that we picked up upon was the extreme freshness of each of the gummi products – these are not the rock-hard gummies that are prevalent in gas stations and department stores alike. There is a considerable differentiation in all of the variety of flavors utilized and the types of product offering that Albanese provides. I was able to start off with the fruit slices which completely go and place the idea of the huge pieces of sugar, roughly formed into candy wedge shape into the distant past. A handful or two of these candies should keep individuals full and energized for a decent period.

The fruit slices were a small fraction of the size that I normally experience but the flavor profile was so much greater – each bite provided me with a large fruit flavor. The company also does sour products extremely well, as the sour mini neon gummi worms balanced on the edge of sour and sweet perfectly as one’s lips started to pucker. Where some of the companies creating candy merely try to ramp up the sour quotient with their products, Albanese goes and blends sweet with sour to create some of the most distinct and delectable candies that we have tasted so far this year. Make sure to visit the company’s website at albaneseconfectionery.com for more information about their product lines, the nutritional facts about their candies, and for any additional information about new efforts that will be coming down the pipeline throughout the early months of 2015. These are simply divine candies and are some things that we will continue to stock at NeuFutur headquarters.
